AN INTRODUCTION TO GEMSTONES.

This is the second in the series of my talks and as the title suggests we venture into the vast and fascinating world of Gemstones. The talk focus is on gemstone families and their basic properties.Where and how gemstones are mined, faceted and fashioned.Birth stones, famous gemstones and an interesting History line and what to look for in jewellery and much more. The talk duration is 60 minutes but can be tailored to suit.Examples of the Gemstone both host rock and faceted types  are passed to the audience to touch, view and even some beautiful unique gemstone jewellery can be purchased at amazing prices should someone fall in love! I always welcome questions from the audience.
