This is a look at the role Jewellery has played for Humanity from the earliest great civilisations to the modern day. From the incredible jewellery items discovered from Ancient Egypt, the jewels from the  extensive Roman Empire and the famous Inca religious artefacts of South America through to significant periods such as the Renaissance, the Victorian Period, Empire and industrialisation and finally the renowned periods of Art Deco, Art Nouveau to the most modern scientific cutting of Gemstones and refined techniques of jewellery manufacturing today. The talk concludes with the rise of the Brand and what the future may hold.
